Overview

Caring for a parent, a partner or a child with complex needs is rarely one person’s job. It is a group of people, including family, friends and paid caregivers, each seeing part of the picture. Important details live in text messages and memory, and the day of a doctor’s appointment arrives with nobody quite sure what happened last Tuesday.

Kindred gives that group a single, calm, shared record. Everyone adds what they see. Everyone can look back. And when it is time to talk with a doctor, the summary is ready.

Because care information is personal, Kindred was designed with privacy and permissions at its core: each care circle sees only its own records, and access is enforced on the server rather than just hidden in the interface.
